City Bikes
The most popular choice for use in Valencia City.
Available in Medium and Large sizes:
- Medium bikes: Ideal for individuals under 170 cm (5’6″).
- Large bikes: Best suited for individuals over 170 cm (5’6″).
Kids Bikes
Two sizes of Child Bikes are available
- 20-inch wheels: Suitable for children 120 cm – 135 cm (4’0″ – 4’4″) tall, typically aged 6–8.
- 24-inch wheels: Designed for children 135 cm – 150 cm (4’4″ – 4’9″) tall, typically aged 9–12.
E-Bikes
Autonomy/Distance: 30-50 km
Battery: Lithium 36V 8.7 Ah
- One size: Suitable for individuals between 160 cm (5’3″) and 190 cm (6’2″).
- Includes: 6 gears, a basket, and 2 strong locks.
- Important: Overnight rentals require secure indoor storage.

Here are some of the most common questions we get asked about renting a bike in Valencia. If your question isn’t answered here then please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to help.
Is parking available nearby?
Absolutely! You’ll find convenient, free street parking right out front along Paseo Alameda. We also have parking behind the shop, though the blue zone might have a fee. You might encounter some unofficial parking assistants; a small gesture of at least 50 cents is recommended if you use their help.
Can I drop off the bike at a different location?
At the moment, all bike returns need to be made to our main shop. We don’t have other drop-off points available just yet.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open with your convenience in mind! Our hours are 10:00 to 14:00 and then again from 16:00 to 20:00. Unlike some other places with stricter hours, we only close for a couple of hours in the early afternoon for lunch (14:00-16:00).
Do you have larger-sized bikes?
Yes, indeed! We stock large bikes fitted with 28-inch wheels, a size you might not easily find at other rental spots.
In total, we offer five different bike sizes, from those perfect for kids to larger options for adults.
What bike sizes do you offer?
We cater to a range of riders with these sizes:
- City Bikes: Medium (for those under 170cm), Large (for those over 170cm), and Small (143cm to 160cm, available upon request).
- E-Bikes City: A universal size suitable for heights between 160cm and 190cm.
- E-Bikes Trekking: A large size designed for individuals between 175cm and 195cm.
- Children’s Bikes: Two sizes – 20-inch wheels (ideal for ages 6-8 / heights 120cm-135cm) and 24-inch wheels (perfect for ages 9-12 / heights 135cm-150cm).
What kind of bike locks do you provide?
For your peace of mind, we provide robust 8mm thick chain locks. These offer great flexibility and security, a step up from the often less convenient D-locks you might find elsewhere.
Are your bike tyres puncture-proof?
Yes! All our bikes come equipped with anti-puncture tyres.
This added reliability means a worry-free ride, which is a real advantage you won’t find at many other rental shops.
Do you include any complimentary extras with rentals?
Absolutely! Every rental includes a helmet, lights, a basket, a free phone holder, and a lock.
We also offer child seat rentals for a small fee of €3 per day (suitable for children aged 0-4 years and up to 22kg).
Are your bikes well-maintained?
We believe we are the best! We take bike maintenance very seriously. After each rental, every bike undergoes a thorough check, clean and test ride. This ensures they’re always in top-notch condition, ready to provide you with a safe and smooth cycling experience.
